Arianna Gatti, born in 1991 in Forme, in the heart of Abruzzo, is the Executive Chef of Forme Restaurant.
She worked at Paolo Teverini's restaurant in Bagno di Romagna and in Bologna at the Leoni brothers. At the end of 2013, she joined the team at Miramonti l'Altro, the two-Michelin-star restaurant in Concesio as a sous-chef. The Identità Golose guide, for the 2020 edition, awarded her the "Best Sous-chef" prize. In 2023, she began her adventure with Forme Restaurant.
