The exact opening date is set at 1815 but the historic inn appears to have existed before the construction of the current location.
San Giors offers a selection of Piedmontese cuisine dishes with attention to quality and seasonality. It is one of the few places in Turin where you can still taste the real Piedmontese bollito misto that is said to have been born right within those walls.
The accompanying sauces cannot be missed (green and red sauce, cogna, fruit mustard, avian sauce, horseradish and mustard) and a glass of wine, chosen from a rich selection.
Not just a restaurant, but a place to rediscover the most authentic flavors of tradition.
