Born in Vitoria, Basque Country, in 1975, Diego Guerrero studied alongside great chefs such as MartÃn Berasategui in Lasarte.
Since 2014, after having worked since 2002 at El Club Allard and its two Michelin stars, Guerrero has launched his DSTAgE Concept project, which has attracted international attention since its opening and has earned two Michelin stars. The Basque chef has created a sustainable economic model for his project: a world of working, of organizing time based on presence, attention and care that allows DSTAge Concept to be a creative engine for new projects.
