There is nothing more perfect than stuffed pasta. Whether it is puff pastry, rice parcels, overflowing with meat, or vegetables or ricotta… Agnolotti, cappelletti, ravioli, gyoza: Agnolotti & friends is back, the great party to taste them all!
On Friday 25 October, starting at 8pm, a large travelling dinner will be held at the Cucine del Mercato in Eataly Lingotto, where Chefs from all over Italy will cook their interpretations of stuffed pasta, both Italian and foreign, between tradition and innovation.
All accompanied by a glass of wine of your choice between red, white and sparkling wine and good music and live entertainment.
