To honor and tell the story of the city's traditional trattorias, 21 trattorias, from the most traditional to the most contemporary, will amaze you with special dishes prepared specifically to celebrate the great gastronomic tradition of Piedmont.
You will be able to enjoy 21 original menus in full italian's piola style, in a perfect atmosphere, that of the piola of other times. As per tradition, each dinner will be accompanied by shows such as bowling tournaments, singing, music, card games and much more.
And only one rule: 1 plate of anchovies in green sauce is mandatory!
