From Snodo to OGR, an experience that perfectly embodies the Buonissima philosophy.
It will not be a simple dinner, but a real performance by the two-Michelin-star chef Diego Guerrero, of the renowned DStage in Madrid. An event that combines art, cuisine and musical and artistic performances.
The dinner show, entitled “Grand Opera – Piemonte Spagna Music Hall”, will be a tribute to Piedmont, interpreted by one of the most eccentric and innovative chefs on the Spanish scene.
Diego Guerrero has dedicated the last four months to creating a unique menu specifically for Buonissima: Snodo will stage a tribute to Italian culture, made not only of food – with 8 completely new dishes, never offered before in the Madrid restaurant – but of music, entertainment, performance and art.
The courses will be accompanied by the fine Alta Langa bubbles.
The Spanish avant-garde of 2024 has a name and surname: Diego Guerrero. And a stage: DSTAgE in Madrid (which stands for Diego's "stage").
Guerrero is Basque – he was born in the regional capital, Vitoria-Gasteiz, in 1975 – and he grew up with a great Basque: Martìn Berasategui.
For ten years he has been writing history with a restaurant very different from the exuberant ones of many of his colleagues: DSTAgE works on subtraction, on design, on contemporaneity.
Guerrero has the approach of an architect, a stylist, a contemporary artist: spaces, objects, music, everything contributes to the experience at the center of which, of course, is food. And it is here that research becomes avant-garde: on the plate a butterfly becomes a caterpillar, a potato becomes Camembert, a fish secretly matures under rice. New flavors, never tried, research (which Guerrero develops in his laboratory: DSPOT).
