The big bistro party becomes the occasion for a big closing party of the week dedicated to Buonissima!
Restaurateurs, great national and international chefs, patrons and the night crowd all together to celebrate Buonissima to the rhythm of music and cocktails!

Saturday 26 October, the OGR Turin – will host theBuonissima official after party, an exclusive event created on the occasion of BISTROMANIA.
THE XXL bartender led by Luca Magone they will prepare cocktails based on Gin Sabatini, Vermouth Carlo Alberto and Match Tonic Water to toast to the rhythm of music.
The DJ set curated as in every edition by The Cabina, this year it will also be joined by Madamesoleil and will offer music that will vary from house to the afro-tribal house genre.

But the DNA of BistroMania also passes through the “late night food” served until late at night by the Buatta – Cucina Popolana bistro in Palermo: an opportunity to savour one of the iconic dishes of this edition of BistroMania even during the after party.
