Chef Cannavacciuolo, on his journey from the South to the North of Italy, finds a second home in Piedmont, the cradle of new flavors and great professional achievements. Precisely for this reason he chooses, together with his wife Cinzia Primatesta, to pay homage to this region by bringing his innovative and sincere cuisine to Turin, giving life in 2017 to an elegant Bistrot, which soon becomes a point of reference in the Turin gastronomic scene.
