Biography
Luca Varone, born in 1995, with a past in the kitchens of Casa Vicina and the Condividere restaurant alongside chef Federico Zanasi, Varone is now the Chef of the Guarini restaurant.
Varone has been able to capitalize on his training by building a personal and characterful cuisine. His past in the kitchens of the historic Casa Vicina Restaurant taught him respect for tradition and family cooking, while his more recent experience at Condividere has added a more driven creativity and a sparkling personality to his wealth of knowledge.
