Gabriele Eusebi
Biography
Born in Fermo in 1989. After studying at the hotel school in Sant'Elpidio a Mare, he began a long apprenticeship in the kitchen that led him to work in starred restaurants in Italy and abroad such as: “La Madonnina del Pescatore”, “Osteria del Povero Diavolo”, “Mugaritz” and “Condividere”.
Tireless hunter of herbs, ferments and gastronomic pleasures. His appetite goes hand in hand with the visceral passion he has for novels and cookbooks. Back in the Marche in 2019 he began working for the Cantina Antisociale in Petritoli and wrote his first book: “Selvario”.
Today he returns to Turin to lead the reopening after a careful restyling of the new Santommaso10 restaurant project in the historic center, where the entrepreneurial adventure of the founder Luigi Lavazza began with his first grocery store.
