Francesco Vincenzi, from Emilia, born in 1992, is the Chef of Franceschetta 58 in Modena. His training with Massimo Bottura in the kitchens ofFranciscan Inn allowed him to inherit the care for ingredients, together with the passion that drives him to a constant research so as to never abandon himself to everyday life.
Under Bottura’s supervision, he follows the development of a menu full of suggestions that tells the story of Emilian cuisine as much as his travel experiences.
