Biography
Passionate gourmet, advertiser for 30 years for important national and multinational companies, for some years he has dedicated himself to cooking as a private chef and at the agricultural company The Gardener, in Agazzano in the Piacenza hills.
He has published two cookbooks dedicated to game, one with his own recipes and the latest in collaboration with Igles Corelli and 25 of the best Italian chefs, published in second edition by EDT Torino.
