Massimo Spigaroli was born in Polesine Parmense, in 1958. From a very young age he gained experience in the best 5-star hotels in Italy and abroad. At the age of 22 he was called to the Hotel School of Salsomaggiore as a teacher and remained there for 5 years to teach cooking. He achieved fame through international experiences, as Ambassador of Italian Cuisine and television.
He oversees the catering of the Cavallino Bianco and since September 2009 he has personally taken care of the Relais Antica Corte Pallavicina and the restaurant which was awarded the first Michelin star.
