Cesare Grandi

Cesare Grandi, the Chef of La Limonaia in Turin, was born in Cuneo and grew up in Turin in a family of doctors for generations, he attended classical studies and when the story would seem obvious, he decides to change it: he decides to take care of others from another perspective, that of the table.

In his restaurant, stories are told through cooking, and we are reminded that every culture, every tradition, every identity is a product of history, dynamic and unstable. This short circuit gives life to a lively and ever-changing menu.
