We believe this is the only way to maintain a fairer and more balanced relationship with both our suppliers and our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our restaurant takes its name from a <strong>medieval preparation of the \u201cLlibre de Sent Sov\u00ed\u201d<\/strong>, one of the first European recipe books, written in Catalan in the 14th century. The central element of the <em>support<\/em> is its base, which over time has evolved to become the heart of Catalan cuisine. <em>xup-xup<\/em>: the soffritto, the essence of our stews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have chosen to propose a <strong>selection of natural and organic wines<\/strong>Catalan, Spanish, and French, each with a unique and almost personal story to tell.
