The architectural project, signed by Michele De Lucchi – AMDL Circle, transforms the spaces of Palazzo Turinetti creating the newest of the four museum venues, a unique place where photography and video art document and preserve images, events, and reflections to promote matters related to the evolution of sustainability.
The museum, opened in May 2022, keeps Bank’s important collections: the Intesa Sanpaolo Publifoto Archive, which collects more than seven million images; a precious nucleus of works of Piedmontese Baroque with paintings, sculptures, tapestries and furnishings from the 14th to the 18th century plus the nine large canvases made in the second half of the 17th century for the former Oratory of the Compagnia di San Paolo.
