CAMBIO RESTAURANT

CAMBIO RESTAURANT

We like to imagine Del Cambio Restaurant as a “timeless” location. This is because, since the 5th of October  1757, it has been cyclically renewed remaining true to itself. Del Cambio is a place of worship, historically frequented by beauty and good food lovers.

Recognized as the emblem of Turin culture, between 1821 and 1861 its salons saw men and women who made the history of Italy and personalities who gave their contributions to Politics, Literature, Theater, Music, Science, Philosophy, Love and Art.

Cavour was an habituée, but also Casanova, Puccini, Balzac, Nietzsche, Verdi, Marinetti, D’Annunzio, the Agnelli Family and the writer Mario,  without forgetting the charming divines: Eleonora Duse, Maria Callas and Audrey Hepburn.
