He is considered the most revolutionary living chef. From 1984 to 2012 his restaurant El Bulli in Roses, Costa Brava, wrote the history of contemporary cuisine. Today he leads the elBullifoundation research center with which he is producing Bullipedia, an ambitious encyclopedia of taste.
