The chef of one of the oldest and most elegant restaurants on the planet, Del Cambio, in Turin (one Michelin star). After years alongside Carlo Cracco in Milan, in 2014 Baronetto returned to the Piedmont where he was born and now weaves great Piedmontese tradition with contemporary sensibilities.
