The Lavazza Museum is a company museum located in the Nuvola Lavazza building, in via Bologna 32 in Turin. There, a sensory and emotional journey in the global culture of coffee can be enjoyed, and the industrial history of Italy in the 20th century can be studied through the history of the Lavazza family.
An interactive coffee cup, a rich multi-media set-up and evocative texts take visitors through a personalized and truly unique coffee experience.
Here on 30th and 31st October 2021 from 9.30 am, two tasting sessions will take place focusing on Italian and regional breakfasts.
15 participants a day will access the Museum at 9:30 am for a 45-minute workshop and will be guided by coffee-tasting experts in sampling 3 regional coffee recipes paired with 3 pastry specialties:
Turin Bavareisa with meliga biscuits
Neapolitan coffee with sfogliatella
Coffee from Salento with pasticciotto
After the workshop participants will be free to visit the Museum.
