DAVIDE OLDANI

DAVIDE OLDANI

He began his career with the guidance of the most important chefs in the world: the first to welcome him was Gualtiero Marchesi. Oldani later moved to London at Albert Roux’s “Le Gavroche”, before working in Montecarlo for Alain Ducasse at the “Le Louis XV” restaurant.
Returning to Milan in 2003, he opened the “D’O” restaurant in San Pietro all’Olmo, a hamlet of Cornaredo – in the province of Milan, which immediately received enthusiastic reviews from the insiders. Over the years, the restaurant has been awarded a vote of 16.5 out of 20 by the “Espresso Guide”, a fork and knife and a star by the “Michelin Guide”, three temples out of four by the Italian Academy of Cuisine, the radiant crown from the “Guida Critica Golosa Massobrio”, two stars from Veronelli, a score of 80 from the “Gambero Rosso” and two forks and a medal from the “Touring Club”.
