Enrico (Chicco), the eldest son of Bruna and Vittorio, fell into the family pots as a child … Passion has infected him to the point that every free moment, starting with school holidays, has become an excuse to follow, browse and study the secrets of cuisines from all over the world (from Paris to Monaco, from Spain to the United States). His wandering around the planet has made him an expert connoisseur and rigorously attentive to the selection of the best quality raw materials. Supported by a never self-celebratory talent, he acquired a very personal style, mixing the skills and recipes learned in father Vittorio’s kitchen with the sensitivity and technique he learned over the years. The innate curiosity, the desire to always test are the secret ingredients of his cuisine.
