From there he began his entry into the kitchens of Italy and Europe, between Piedmont, England and France. He moved to Strasbourg for two years, working at the La Casserole restaurant, before returning permanently to Italy and joining the Cannavacciuolo Group for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>The Cannavacciuolo Bistrot in Novara welcomed him as a Commis de cuisine: there he began to learn about Chef Antonino&#039;s cooking, but it was his arrival at Villa Crespi as Chef de Partie that allowed him to fully learn his entire philosophy. His journey within the Group did not stop, taking him to Laqua Vineyard in Casanova (PI) and Laqua Countryside in Ticciano (NA), 1 Michelin star restaurants.
